Who I Am
I am a diplomat's wife, mother and expat. I have lived on 3 continents in 10 years and faced the most diverse challenges that an expat can face, which has given me an empathetic and specialized perspective to support those who live between cultures, languages and identities.
As a mother of a Third Culture Kid (TCK), I understand the challenges of raising a child across cultures. This allows me to offer a unique and empathetic perspective to other mothers going through similar situations.
I am specialized in Real Grief, Migratory Grief and Depression.

The soul of the therapy
What drives my work?
My psychoanalytic practice is centred on a holistic approach, where the therapeutic space is seen as a setting for individuation, promoting deep self-knowledge and the integration of the various layers of the being, rather than the simple relief of symptoms.
Inspired by the kintsugi technique, I value emotional scars as an essential part of personal history, working to restore balance and beauty in the reconstruction of the psyche.
The figure of the 'wounded healer' also guides my work. This concept, developed by Carl Jung, represents the therapist who, through their own experiences of pain and suffering, can understand and help heal others. I believe that our wounds can become sources of wisdom and healing.
